Haldimand-Norfolk Community Senior Support Services (H-NCSSS) offers a variety of services and programs to enhance the independence and quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities in Haldimand-Norfolk. H-NCSSS clientele includes seniors aged 60 and over, as well as adults aged 18 and older living with disabilities. 

 

To access services and programs, individuals must be clients of H-NCSSS. If you are interested in becoming a client, please visit the Contact tab of the website and get in touch with the H-NCSSS office nearest you. The Program Manager for your area will arrange a date and time to meet with you in your home, where they will conduct an assessment and client intake. This process includes evaluating current and future needs, creating a client profile, and providing an overview of all available services and programs. Once a client, you can request services and access programs through your local H-NCSSS office.
