GARDENS OF LIFE 2025
Haldimand-Norfolk Community Senior Support Services is pleased to launch our 2025 Gardens of Life giving campaign.
H-NCSSS exists to enhance the independence and quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities. By donating to H-NCSSS, you positively impact your community and its members by supporting the services and programs H-NCSSS provides.
Transportation, Meals on Wheels, Diner’s Club, Friendly Visiting, Telephone Reassurance, Adult Day Programs, Hospice Palliative Care Outreach, Safety at Home, Home Maintenance, and Caregiver Support.
Every donation made in honour or memory of a loved one will be recognized through a planted flower in one of our gardens throughout Haldimand-Norfolk, along with a flower in this year's "online garden" featured on our website and social media pages!
Donations can be made by mail (to our Administration office at 230 Victoria Street, Simcoe ON, N3Y 4K2), in-person at your local H-NCSSS office, or online through our CanadaHelps page.
The online form will ask you to fill out the Dedication Information, please include the name of who you would like to make your donation in memory or in honour of.
