H-NCSSS follows school closure announcements as a guideline. If schools or buses are canceled due to inclement weather, all services and programs will be automatically canceled. Clients are advised to always have a backup transportation plan, especially during the winter months.

Please note that services, programs, and meal deliveries are not provided on statutory holidays. Offices and Adult Day Program locations are also closed.
